A public hearing will be held by the Town Planning Board on November 17 at 6:45 p.m. at 4049 Watkins Road, Millport, NY, regarding the application of Bruce and Michelle Coolbaugh/Qest 4 Health for a condition use permit to perate a multi faceted health center at 69 Old Sullivanville Road, Horseheads, NY.
All persons will be given an oportunity to be heard at that time.
