PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Veteran on October 10, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall at 4049 Watkins Rd., Millort, NY 14864 on the proposed Local Law “TOWN OF VETERAN MORATORIUM ON BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SUSTEMS INSTALLATION”. 

All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the time and place aforementioned.
