TOWN OF VETERAN
PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Town of Veteran Planning Board on Monday, February 5, 2024 at 6:45 PM at the Town of Veteran Town Hall at 4049 Watkins Rd., Millport, NY regarding the application of Austin’s Excavating & Paving, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for the Mitstifer Mine at 303 Benjamin Rd.
All persons will be given opportunity to be heard at that time. Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the Town Clerk’s office at 607-739-1476 to request such assistance. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board prior to or at such hearing.
