A public hearing will be held by the Town planning board on July 1, 2024 at 6:45PM at 4049 Watkins Rd., Millport, NY regarding the application of Timothy Andrus for a conditional use permit to operate an Art Studio with fabrication shop at 806 State Route 13 Horseheads, New York.

All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the that time, persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending, said public hearing, or in furnishing comments, and suggestions, shoudl contact the town clerks office at 607-739-1476 to request such assistance. Communications in writing, in relation, thereto may be filed with the board prior to or at such hearing.
